Evergreen Valley branched out with their library renovation…literally. The intent of flattering the tree-like architecture of their ceiling, bringing the outdoors in, was resolved through use of Oxford chairs and solid cherry furniture.

Oxford Chairs and solid cherry furniture, custom-styled for this project, offer clean and elegant lines to complement the building’s architecture.  Custom Library Technology Stations feature a beautifully curved design that is warm, inviting, and functional.

Celebrating the library’s environment by providing striking views of the surrounding hills and city, the Evergreen Valley College Library and Educational Technology Center is well-suited to the college, which has approximately 10,000 students.  The overall design intent of “bringing the outdoors in” is accomplished by the architect’s skillful use of natural light and color, and particularly by the strikingly original tree branch design of the ceiling.  The timeless and classic look of solid wood furniture from the Brodart Collection provides balance and harmony with this theme.
